Antonio at Dacut Flint is the GOAT!!! My dude hooked me all the way up when I came in for the first time and on a budget. I told him exactly how much I could spend and what I enjoyed, and he had my bag full so fast it made my head spin. The selection is insane! This is my new favorite dispensary. I ended up calling with a bunch of inane questions and the lovely customer service , representative Jordan was just beyond helpful in every way. If she didn't know an answer to my question , she made sure to find out and no matter how much her time I continued to take , she was patient, attentive and kind. I believe she's a great addition to your team, because it's very hard these days to find patience in anyone–Let alone the customer service industry. Although Ive not yet had the pleasure of meeting Jordan, based upon the outstanding service she provided me with today; She is most certainly entitled to a gift/reward and some special treats as well so please 🙏 make her reward count!🏆 I know for sure that Good help is extremely hard to find. And if you take care of those around you, that will do nothing but benefit the team and workplace overall in the future. Total disappointment. I placed an online order which was ready for pick up. I get there & advise them per the apps instructions. I sat for about 10 minutes & watched 3 customers come in & out without me being acknowledged. I called. The girl acted like she had no idea of my order, then "found it" & would bring it right out. Another 7 minutes go by & still nothing. I called back & told them to stick it. The "security" at the front can't put his phone down long enough to protect anyone! There's too many options to treat people like they're less than or an inconvenience. – Chris Lutz

I've been going here since they first opened up. It's come a long ways for sure. They always have a very good selection of flower and concentrates that I'm looking for. Their pricing is fair, and although some of their Bud tenders could be slightly more knowledgeable. They are always very helpful and respectful. Overall, I would say it is definitely one of the better dispensaries in flint. – Rico Rodriguez
