Joel did a great job explaining everything to me and my wife. Lee was good at explaining his job and welcoming us as our first time into your store. Madison spent time answering my questions was excellent at explaining what was next. Everyone did a great job, Joel was excellent in keeping what I had to work with. This was my very first time at Dacut and I was totally impressed! The prices could not be better, I don’t even know how they are able to have such great deals without going out of business! I got a ton and only paid a little! Customer service was excellent, Antonio knew exactly what he had and what would interest me. This is always a different experience for me. The Budtenders as they refer to the clerk is knowledgeable on a field I am not. She told us about the sales, the product and cashed us out. It was a very busy store too. Interesting experience for me as I tagged along. – Lynda Shaw
Total disappointment. I placed an online order which was ready for pick up. I get there & advise them per the apps instructions. I sat for about 10 minutes & watched 3 customers come in & out without me being acknowledged. I called. The girl acted like she had no idea of my order, then "found it" & would bring it right out. Another 7 minutes go by & still nothing. I called back & told them to stick it. The "security" at the front can't put his phone down long enough to protect anyone! There's too many options to treat people like they're less than or an inconvenience. – Chris Lutz
Was my first time there and the little man in the front at the medal detector who called himself leo was not vary welcoming and was rude and arrogant. Definitely will not be returning to Dacut i came in to get good vibes and my experience left me in regret i guess i should have lowered my expectations for a place next a strip club on dort hwy my bad ..to anyone reading this i highly recommend trying smiles on Davison rd they provide a much more happy helpful welcoming experience its cleaner and you will leave with a smile 😃 😊 do better dacut js !!!!👌👎🫶🤙 – Steven Dunavent
