Customer service here is really great. Their brand of live rosin was unfortunately not great. It tasted like mold and ethanol. Im not sure what happened but it was not good. When I brought it to their attention though it was fantastic. They told me to bring it back and gave me a refund. The BotaPharm live rosin I bought was delightful and like I said they way they handled the Iron Lung stuff not being good was stellar. I will definitely be back – Madea !
What really stood out was how knowledgeable JoAnna was – she explained the differences between products clearly and made thoughtful recommendations that felt personalized. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers. On top of that, Joanna has such a friendly, positive vibe that just made the whole visit AWESOME. – Rachel Sheffield
The manager she is a girl/boy & she told me I couldn’t get my $4.00 1gram cart that was an instant win with the chron club escape to Vegas.. it says nowhere that I had to make a purchase every other worker and manager has let me i have been a loyal customer and don’t appreciate it i drove all the way from top crop because they had ran out and she denied me unless i made a purchase. Every other experience i have had has been amazing and i have been there 50+ times only dispensary I go to. – Adam Zamora
Idk if I came in on a bad day it was 4/20 or what was up, but you walk in and I waited 4-5 mins to have my ID checked, reading everything posted around, and finally I tried the door, and you just walk through… no signage nothing you just walk through, but there’s a sign that says “wait for your ID to be checked.” But my ID wasn’t checked till I was at the counter. There were two women serving others that were there before me (perfectly fine) and more people came in behind me, had the same issue I did… waiting for someone to check their IDs for unreasonable amount of time, and any of the staff I interacted with were 100% undeniably intoxicated. Finally a third staff member emerged from the back, and the dude was not interested in being helpful, I said it was my first time there, what I was interested in and he just grabbed the first random thing he saw, I asked about their house stuff and he without missing a beat said “sorry but it’s really expensive.” So??? Don’t tell me how to spend my money… if it’s too much or “expensive.” Let me decide that for myself. He kept offering cheap and crap quality product I was not into, and tried to offer something I never said I was interested in. I got home and I wish I double checked but the label on the lid vs the sticker on the jar are for two different product so idk what I actually got. If someone comes in, says it’s their first time in your store tells you what they like, cater to that, give them a reason to come back, show them what makes your store better than others, show off your house products, and maybe make sure your products are labeled better? I came here out of a recommendation of a friend, I would like to come back and see improvement, I see potential but it needs work. – Jordan Wolf
