I’ve purchased from this place many, many times. Today they gave me the wrong product, it was not what I ordered online. I went right back inside and told them this and instead of swapping it out 1 minute after purchase, they argued with me and insisted I made the mistake even after showing them my order on my phone which showed I ordered the right thing. Their product is usually stale and 1 year old or more anyway. Won’t be going back – C DG
Poor customer service. I bought a 510 thread battery from this place and didn't realize it was buttonless until I got home and opened it. I brought it back to exchange it for one with a button but the manager gave me some hoopla about store policy not allowing returns for batteries. I never used it even once and I wasn't asking for a refund, just an exchange for one with a button. I would understand if it were a perishable product but for a battery?? Bottom line, don't buy batteries from this place. – Kevin W
