This place is awesome! Staff is well versed in their products and are always very friendly. I assuming that most of these complaints stem from 1 bad experience out of 100 +visits. More often than not, people tend to leave reviews only when there is something to complain about (usually petty grievances). They will never make the effort to give credit when deserved.
