The best!! Hands down my favorite shop in town. Staff there are fantastic very knowledgeable and helpful. And shout out to Santos and Patrick I thank you guys for always making me feel so welcome in there. And to to make it even better the prices are good during regular business hours. But people they have happy hour twice a day "early bird" open to 11am. And "night owl" 7pm to close. During those times most products in the store are 25% off. That excludes pre packaged flower. So yeah check this place out I "highly" recommend it. – Corey Renfro

I am a senior citizen with severe stomach issues. I go to Deanz Greenz on Sunday morning for the early bird special. So many shops claim the cheapest price. I have shopped around nobody and I mean not one shop beats Deanz Greenz. I am old school. Deanz Greenz has the most friendliest customer service employees I've ever seen. Taylor, Issac, and the supervisor in the white hat Ryan. These employees answer all questions and are so friendly. I wished fast food employees would learn customer service from Deanz Greenz. I purchased my edibles, and some other stuff. Thank you Deanz Greenz for being inexpensive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I edited. Thank you for the names. – Bill Goodwin

This place has the WORST customer service. We bought 2 clones and I specifically asked MULTIPLE TIMES if they were under 24 hour lights and I was told no. I called to ask and I asked in the store, so more than one person. After bringing them home and putting them outside, they started prematurely flowing at about 1 1/2 ft tall. We had called and complained and asked for a refund and the “manager” said he wasn’t responsible and refused us a refund. Every person I talked to about this was extremely rude and completely unwilling to take responsibility for their staff not knowing anything about products or what goes on in that store. I’ve read several comments on Facebook and other forums with this same complaint. I understand that mistakes happen but this is a medical product to some people and count on knowledgeable staff to help guide them through their purchases. I will never return and I HOPE they provide better training but after taking to them I doubt they care enough to do so. – Nicole Rears

Come for Early Bird special or the Night Owl discount, fantastic prices and selection. Actually, come for the Early Bird Special because Patrick will most likely be there! I rate him a 6 out of 5 stars human, as well as an encyclopedia of knowledge on strains and there profile. – Kilgore Trout
