I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit to your store. The associate who helped me and my husband was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to assist us, we really appreciated his great service. However, there was a very strong, unpleasant odor (almost like a bathroom smell) that was quite noticeable and became more intense when he moved around to grab items for us. It was distracting for both of us and made the experience uncomfortable. I’m hoping this was just an off day and not typical for the team.
