What People Are Saying

They sell products that expire in a couple days. LOOK AT THE EXPIRATION DATE BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! I bought edibles that expired within 4 days of my purchase. When I reached out to see if they could give me some sort of credit or exchange it out for a decent expiration date, I was met with an entitled attitude and the offer of a free sample. Other places are giving out free samples just to give them. I normally go to StarBuds in Riverside and regret stopping here at Namaste. I was in the area and thought it was convenient. WHAT A MISTAKE. Terrible products, awful customer service, and a bad attitude. Do yourself a favor and check out StarBuds, even if you have to go out of your way. They are SO helpful and insightful. The budtender at Namaste didn't say anything about any of the products. In fact, I asked for Sativa and one of my products was a hybrid. The experience couldn't be worse, they have no idea what they are doing at Namaste. StarBuds also gives away samples (without any issues). You spin a wheel to see what you get. Tons of fun, they are so knowledgable and incredibly friendly! Makes ALL the difference. – Meg Sawa

This is my 2nd time here & I have to say . Everyone working there has been very nice & they take their time to explain things to me since it’s been years for me . From going in & ordering items you can’t ask for anything easier . Thank you ! You all Rock – KareBear111

Z was awesome! This is my go to dispensary simply because of the best product. The staff is amazing as well. Everyone is beyond helpful and nice, I can tell this place has some genuine souls. – Jon Twitter

This was my dispensary I went to almost daily for months. Really liked that they have a rewards program + loyalty card although I found it very petty of them to give me a 5-pack of joints that tested at 15% THC for filling out my loyalty card and spent hundreds of dollars with them. Really? Now I’m wondering why I was so loyal. I won't be returning. – Matthew Fry

No type of customer service at all no reason to be considered a bud tender if they have no knowledge of what they are doing. Also they are not a medical facility anymore I had asked a worker and they said they did not want to renew the license which isn’t an issue I understand that not every dispensary is a medical one and there’s certain taxes and fees applied when not at one. The one thing that I was dumbfounded on is that Jenny (2223IQ) the “Bud Tender” said my total was 18$ which I found weird that it was a whole number with no change so I expected 2$ returned to me but when I got my change back only a 1$ was given to me. When I looked at my receipt it showed my change was 1.56 which I wasn’t really upset over just annoyed and then I asked her where my change was and she told me that they don’t give change and they either round up or down which just sounds like the biggest scam possible because my change was 1.56 so why woudnt they just give me the 2$? For me it’s about the principal and the fact that she had just laughed about the situation but with all the customers they receive and over a certain period all those transactions that are being held back with any change adds up. They’re taking advantage of a situation that can be easily solved or they can adjust their own pricing. Big rip off here prices aren’t great bud tenders lack experience and customer service. – Kat
