Jacob was SO helpful and kind, super knowledgeable and great vibes. Would recommend this store to anyone! The pricing is pretty comparable to other stores, and a few of the employees are really nice, but I won't be going back. Every time I come into the store, especially in the mornings, there is no one to help me. The cashier's are always too busy on their phones or talking/laughing/cursing amongst themselves (but usually on their phones). I've even seen at least one of them asleep at the front counter. Some of them even act like they are bothered or upset that they have to ring up customers or make recommendations. Most times I have to wait for one of the stocking employees to come by so I can ask my questions. It's a shame, I really like the location because it's close to my house and also the fact you can pick out your own products is really nice but I will be looking for a new store. Hope they can get the employees off the phones and pay attention to the customers. – Bad Greenthumb
