First time at Dutchess…girl at front desk .very cute and nice ..went inside and had Phoenix as my cannabis advisor/sales rep…very polite..def double checkd my ID…which I got no problem with that .better safe they say….we had little issue with the price scanner…the manager came right over to help solve issue…finally rung up and little chit chat ..I was out the door ..all n all…good service…great products…nice happy staff…🌟😁.. recommend Dutchess highly…thanks to Phoenix and everyone for patience on my questions…👍.. so I'll see you again…😵💫 – Andrea Rufo
This place is HORRIBLE…! No respect for their customers and the whole staff seems depressed. I purchased products from here when they use to be Union Twist. The female with the glasses in the Allston store is so rude and talks to you as if you’re beneath her. I told her about herself and her attitude and how do they reward a loyal customer….they banned me from all of Dutchess stores. 😅 Go to a dispensary that value customers. Dutchess is not it!
