Earth & Ivy Lakehurst

I've been to their store several times the last time I went there.I bought two vapes i had them for a couple days. Then, I went away 3 or 4 days when I came back, I tried to use the vapes, they didn't work no more. They died on me. I spent a hundred hours on the two vapes so I called them and I spoke to somebody he tried to blame me.I store them wrong, but I told them I bought other vapes there.And he never gave me a problem.And then he tries to blame the people there they bought him off of so I asked them, was it me or the other people?He couldn't give me the me answer. So we told me to come in. I went there and there was a young kid there. He tried to tell me we can't take those back. I'll give you 30% on new ones. So that means I lose a $100. Thank you. I guess you need the money more than I do. They got kids working there. No good customer service. So they beat me for a 100 hours. That's crazy. A store like that should appreciate their customers. Not look down on them. It's a shame because I like that store and I started going there all time, and I spent a good amount of money there because vapes aint cheap. So I would never step another foot in that store every day in my life. I don't care 1 bit anymore, but I'd like to let people know how they treat you when you have a problem. Horrible. – Eric

Always very friendly staff and after only a few weeks, 2 of the employees recognize me & know my name when I walk in. That's excellent service in my book! (It definitely doesn't imply that I shop here too frequently… lol) The sales are fantastic and "happy hour" deals rock! So far I've tried a few different brands of vapes & flower, and have been happy with Wudder Ice 510 vape carts and I am also enjoying a few different brands of flower like Kai, Grassroots & Happy Farmer. Next I am looking forward to trying Canna 10X brand with a strain that's got flavor notes of rich cream & dark chocolate, YUM! When Earth & Ivy opened it became the 2nd dispensary in town, so I started going where the best sales were. Now, it's been many weeks since I've been in the other shop. Now I'm spoiled by the non existent line to get in, and the quick staff who are super friendly but don't get into 10 min conversations while the customer line backs up to the door. Bottom line… I love this place, the people & the products and all in less than a 7 min drive! Can't beat Earth & Ivy. – TRG

Friendly staff, amazing store. And the terpene bar was amazing, I always look for a produce with a good terpene profile but, i have never seen a display like this one. – Rob S

I’ve been coming to Earth & Ivy since they opened. The dispensary itself is really nice and very well put together – very neat and clean. Chris is an amazing employee he goes out of his way to call you when they don’t have a product in stock that you want, he does you the courtesy of a huge favor by calling the day it comes in!! Best employee they’ve got over there. The selections and sales could definitely improve more…I was hoping that wouid have happened sooner but ??? Love tie drive through too!!! – Nadine Michelle

Re: Lakehurst store Lost customers for life…..sad. On Friday 12/26 in morning I attempted to make a pickup. Preordered. Couldn't walk that god due to recent injury. medically receiving therapy. Pulled up to drive-thru. Couldn't reach over the seat to get drivers licence that fell . in couldn't open doors because of narrow line. Managed to. Get license and didnt pull back up to the window The person that asked for my license knew I had to pull the car back a few feet from the window. I put my license in the drawer and the new person said i need to walk in if I dont drive my car up to the window. Die to the cold temperature and my injury – my left arm couldn't reach the drawer barely.. A Different person replaced the person and demanded that I walk in. IF I COULD – I WOULD HAVE. THEY REFUSED MY NEEDED HELP IN MY CURRENT MEDICAL CONDITION. I REQUESTED A MANAGER. She said she was, and refused to Serve me- actually calling security. I was APPALLED and lost temper – trying to explain…SHE CARED LESS….. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I know about this dad incident. Im sure caught in camera FOR ALL TOP MANAGEMENT TO Learn FROM. DAMAGE WAS DONE… THANK YOU. I GUESS losing a customer and his many acquaintances didnt matter. This Manager shall be responsible for you do on lackey of business. And a Happy New Year to your business.- god luck. Sure to close in 2026. Too much quality competition! – Brian M
