My experience with the overall store and staff is usually good but more often than not the long haired security guard is rude with an attitude and treats the place like he works for the jail by barking orders and talking down to customers. Today I had an online order and walked up as it opened and people were walking in for online orders. I go to the left side as I always do for online orders and he asks me online or walk in, I said online and he points and tells me to go the the right where the people for walk-ins are in line. I looked and pointed at the sign as I went to the right saying onlines were on the left. And rudely shakes his head and tells me no and repeats rec online to the left and walk one to the right! As I moved to the right confused.. I told a customer I thought online was to the left as they agreed with me. He then asks very rudely with attitude again " weren't you online??" I said yea I said I was online and you told me to go to the right. He then rudely responds with attitude continuously while just shaking his head. So then I started walking on the left again and tried to walk in the metal detectors and he yells at me to stop and that i still have to wait. His tone was completely rude unprofessional with attitude and says I wasn't listening. He told me the wrong thing and then at the same time never told me to wait but acted like it was all my fault and I was "listening". Regardless, this could have been handled way different and it was overall pretty embarrassing as other customers in line were just watching and looking at me in confusion as I was. He didn't recognize when he was wrong, he put blame on the customer, and offered no apologies. But like I stated this isn't the first time this has happened with this particular security guard and based on other reviews this seems like an on going issue with him. His demeanor and actions mimic a corrections officer, rather than a store security guard. Talking and asking customers nicely and appropriately can go a long way especially if he's the customers first point of contact. It's unprofessional and causes a bad vibe especially for a happy place like a dispensary on Xmas eve! – A Kam

This was the first time I used the delivery service… it arrived quite a bit later than expected… but the delivery driver, the manager of delivery service, was SO NICE and pleasant, I could have talked to him on my porch for an hour!
