Stop by for the first time on April 2 2026 and I was absolutely impressed by the service from the staff. They were really kind and respectful and walked me through the selections and even helped me out since I had little to spend. I also appreciated that they let my service animal in and gave him a proper welcome and even treated him to a pup cup. Now that I've been here I don't think I'll have any more long walks for my flower and will continue to shop at effy exotics. – Jose Barela

I liked this place till the guard started saying that I had a gun or something I asked him who said they saw me with a gun ??? and that I didn't even own a gun. I feel the security guard was just trying to profile me… Not Cool! But the folks that handle the ppl that come in and at window are awesome I got my favorites but they are all petty down… I just didn't like the way I was picked out like that and not even told how it was brought to there attention. – Floyd Pino
The guy working drive thru was rude tonight, 6-4-26 he tried to upsell us without our permission. He was a light skinned Hispanic and he ruined our whole experience by rolling his eyes at us. He should be fired immediately because he lacks good customer service. – Gerardo Paez
I’d give 5 stars if I wasn’t sold fake Bloom carts. Moved from Phoenix and was looking for my ‘New Spot’. Bought 4 carts. Live top shelf half Grams. I bought two ‘four elements’ and 2 blooms. I didn’t recognize this in the store. When I got home it became very clear very quickly. The Elements were solid, sturdy and heavy and the packaging was solid and hard to get into, as it should be The Blooms Carts nearly fell out of the packaging with 0 effort. Plastic and light in weight. Then I went to pull them. That’s when I became convinced. Both didn’t pull, neither had a recharge port as the 4 elements did. Literally was smoking las Cruces smog through a vape. I’m not some competitor and some jerk. This happened. And if the owner would like to reach out to me, I’m happy to listen. But for now, I’ll never go back. – Mike Thomas
