So genuinely upset, went in there looking for top shelf, even described what I wanted. I was handed 2 options and picked one just to outside find that it was the lowest tier they offered. I went back inside to confirm that the lady working heard my request clearly and I was told that I did purchase the lowest tier and that they do not issue refunds. I am new to the area and this has been my most unpleasant experience thus far, enough for me to write a review. Pretty dishonest experience I’d have to say. I’ve seen a lot of people say they are expensive, well the other day I saw all their flower is listed 5 a gram which is pretty crazy low so I figured I’d try some of their product. Little did I know or was told I was being sold old popcorn buds. One from over half a year before and another that was supposedly harvested 3 months before yet still crumbled to powder and had almost no taste . Poor bud storage going on there for sure which raises concerns about mold and mildew. On top of this they aren’t training employees very well as he was refusing to accept my veteran designation on my real id and was insisting that I had to show “Va id” . Had to ultimately leave a note with the manager to call me in order to get veteran listed on my account . All in all a dishonest, painful and regrettable experience easily avoidable by going to one of the better local shops – Shaney Felt
Great selection of in-house “elevated” brand edibles. Pastry chef knows what they’re doing. Also, the budtenders at both locations were very helpful and friendly. – Collin Broere
It was my first time to any Elevated dispensary and I was very pleased to say the least! The selection was amazing, so many different strains to choose from! And the flower is awesome, I tried 3 different strains and they all were killer 🔥🔥 My budtenders Shawn and Audrey were really great and knowledgeable about the product and prices! It's nice to see a shop so professional without getting the runaround. One of the finest selections in town. You can really tell they put more quality time into what they do than most places. Everything feels much more put together than most of the shops I have seen around town. If you haven't checked this place out I would recommend giving it a gander!
