Elevations Recreational Dispensary

Went in 3/27 at about 8:30pm ordered an 8th or exotic shelf on med side and left with nothing. Bottle completely empty when I got home. Might as well by weed of the street if I wanna get robbed. Not even a shred of weed in the jar. Spend 30 bucks left with absolutely no product. Please pull camera footage explain how this happened. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to go here if you’d like to get robbed unless this is corrected asap!!! I’d like add I’ve been a loyal med patient for well over a year never had a single issue until now. I even went over to their liquor store to buy wraps and get my discount, just to come home and find out I have no weed. I’m hoping Donovan (manager) can make this right, as he’s always done me right…. Will update within next 24hr based on owner/manger response. **update** I came in the next day and Alexis made everything right. Got numerous apologies from staff and full explanation of what happened. They definitely made it right!! – Michael McLaughlin

His attention to detail was on another level — he asked the right questions, really listened to what I was looking for, and made thoughtful recommendations without rushing me. I had such an awesome experience with Cola at Elevations! She was super friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. I came in not totally sure what I wanted, and she took the time to walk me through different options, explain the effects, and even gave some great recommendations based on what I like. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure people leave happy and with exactly what they need. Her energy and personality made the whole visit feel relaxed and fun — definitely the kind of person who makes you want to come back.
