I have purchased over 2 disposable here both of them leaked on me had some issues spoke to a female. I’m not sure if it was a manager or not… as I arrived some guy named Joey who had the worst customer service I ever inquired very rude after I drove across town Was told by a female to be replaced just to be told they can’t replace it, but give me 50% off. What a joke stay far away from this place. decided to give them a second chance, as I was entering to make a purchase, they didn’t allow me in because I was flagged. How are you? Gonna flex somebody for being honest and leaving a Google review this speaks volume about This certain location needs better management. That is extremely unprofessional. Play the best deals in this town. This is a spot to come to. All the elite cannabis locations offer amazing bids and deals! If I had one criticism it’s the staff change that happened recently especially on Quebec that store was my spot but now I don’t even go since the staff change. The new staff stood around as I waited to be checked in and looked at me without a greeting took 5 minutes to walk up and get my id and then act like I just got there. Come on Gabriel put the old staff back or get the Santa Fe staff to train them – Adan Ventura
I just got into town last week and have been visiting several canabis shops to compare, and this one is my favorite out of the 5 stops so far! Super nice staff and a great selection. They have a discount for your 1st, 2nd and 3rd visits in to the shop. – Candace Kaufman
I’m disappointed because I have not been to the store in a few months because the staff quality had dropped and upon coming back, first time in months, the door was locked. I came in more than 15 minutes before you guys closed and the door was locked even though it was 9:45 and the time that’s listed on your door for closing is 10 PM. This gives a really sour taste for consumers who are expecting a consistent, reliable time to shop when it’s not crowded, more so since guys have a happy hour for the last hour. When I tried calling to talk to somebody, nobody answered the phone. You lost someone who is trying to buy a full oz from you and will now I be shopping somewhere else. I hope the 15 minutes were worth losing a sale and a fat tip. – Nicole Martin
