I visited Emerald Triangle tonight after a extremely brutal shift, hoping for a professional and helpful experience, but I left feeling judged and incredibly uncomfortable. Instead of welcoming a customer, the staff spent the entire time staring at my face and ankh tracking my movements with a level of suspicion that was totally uncalled for. I was clearly exhausted and had been tearing up from a long day, which they seemingly mistook for being under the influence. It’s a shame that a business in this industry lacks the basic empathy to distinguish between a stressed customer going through a rough night and a 'problem' customer. I won’t be returning to a place that treats people like suspects the moment they walk through the door. – Nah Man
oh my gosh, I just went in to this store for a lighter and walked out with over $500 in product because of the expert salesmanship of Kiersten. her deep wealth of cannabis knowledge and the breadth of knowledge on cannabis products is mind bending. because of her undying service to the weed industry and dedication to being a “player” at “the game” I have decided to take uo weed smoking as my only hobby, and I shall earn every dollar in hard labor so that I may spend it buying weed from Kiersten – C B
Absolutely terrible experience. Staff ignored me for new people who walked into the store. Staff showed no signs of basic respect or intelligence. When I eventually did get served, it was a horrible experience: they were incapable of doing anything in a timely manner, and they had trouble getting the requested items, not because of not having stock but just because they wanted to waste my time looking over and over for nothing – Orin Bolinger-Haynes
Make sure before you buy anything from here you verify that it is what youre getting. I bought some joints and was told that it was a gram joint… and turns out it was half a gram. Turned around and wanted to return them and couldn't because "they were already out of there system." I hadn't even left the property yet. This happens constantly… oh yeah thats a gram.. the small joint is what I got, the larger joint is an actual gram. – Jesse Villarreal
The employees are very lazy and tend to not be very informative on any product. You walk in they just slap a binder in front of you and stare at your blankly until you go through it and find something. They dont know whats new. Whats a saliva or indica without looking at their booklet thing. How do you work in a dispo and not know anything about it? – T Wiz
