Im honestly done giving this place the benefit of the doubt. This is the third time I've walked all the way here to pay with credit, only to be told the credit terminal is down again. At a California dispensary in 2025, that's not an inconvenience – thats just incompetence. If you can't keep can't keep your payment system functioning, stop advertising that you take credit. Its misleading. And it's not just the payment issues. One of the in-house vape cartridges I bought here literally had hair inside it. That's a basic contamination failure, and it makes me question how anything is being checked before it hits the shelf. The staff are fine, but the operational standards here are not. Customers shouldn't have to waste their time and walk back empty handed because the store can't keep its equipment working or maintain proper quality control. Management needs to get it together – this isn't acceptable. – Max Yavener
