The staff are the most welcoming, helpful, fun group of all the dispensaries I've visited in Dayton and surrounding areas. I feel like Norm from the show Cheers, for you old folk out there. From my first encounter at the window checking in, to when I go in the rear to pick up my medicine, seeing the smiling faces that are very helpful These youngun's are great. They constantly give me the time to question what I'm getting if it's the right fit for me. they've made great suggestions on what would be a great fit for my needs. the whole vibe of the location is really cool. On the 2nd week of June and cartridge was bought. When put on battery and heated up it broke and fluid leaked out I called them and was told that without receipt and original package, couldn't replace Stating this to all so that you too will not have this problem. Did not open until this week June 21.Did not keep receipt Other than this incident I have enjoyed the staff that works there Very friendly and quite helpful – Sheri McDaniel
I would give Ethos five stars plus more if they would allow. Enjoy their products and their employees. My lower score is only because they have one of the worst functioning website I’ve ever seen. I have put my info in this page a dozen times and pushed the save button for future use. I love this dispensary since is the inly one i know around that stacks up discounts. But now they only do certain days. Which it used to be any day, whats going on first it was the point. Can’t use them towards products any more only merch and now only certain days of stackable. Sundays are the only days usually I can go to the dispensary and now i can’t stack my military discount. Feeling disappointed. It’s still a great dispensary with great employees but it’s not gonna be my go to anymore since it has been for the last year or so. – Wilfred Gonzalez
