The staff are the most welcoming, helpful, fun group of all the dispensaries I've visited in Dayton and surrounding areas. I feel like Norm from the show Cheers, for you old folk out there. From my first encounter at the window checking in, to when I go in the rear to pick up my medicine, seeing the smiling faces that are very helpful These youngun's are great. They constantly give me the time to question what I'm getting if it's the right fit for me. they've made great suggestions on what would be a great fit for my needs. the whole vibe of the location is really cool. I would give Ethos five stars plus more if they would allow. Enjoy their products and their employees. My lower score is only because they have one of the worst functioning website I’ve ever seen. I have put my info in this page a dozen times and pushed the save button for future use. They started removing peoples points without telling anyone. Tons of people lost thousands of points and the employees response is we never were even told this was happening. Saved up thousands of points, specifically going every 90 days to keep points just to see them all gone overnight. Terrible business practice, huge bait and switch. Since points have monetary value it seems to me the employees should have known, or they should have let people know what was happening. I will no longer refer people to this spot, story, uplift, Columbia care, and sunny side are all much better options at this point as they keep their customers and employees in the loop and don’t bait and switch their loyal customers who have spent thousands of dollars in their stores. – Daniel Fray
