DO NOT SHOP HERE! Some of the employees are thieves! A few months ago an employee charged me an extra $5..it was an online order! I complained and nothing. And now two days ago one of my two jars I bought had been tampered and is missing 3.5 grams. I went to the store complained again for compensation and they laughed. Of all the years of retail and customer service, I would never do that and I would do anything to get that customer trust. But not these guys! I have worked with rogue employees like that. I will be contacting the Washington state liquor and marijuana board. This store maybe needs an audit! Check the pictures. Notice the one with the scale? – Steve Stahlman
I prefer this location—the staff is much friendlier and more laid-back. The parking situation is usually stress-free, and the large window facing outside makes things feel a bit more comfortable. The store is usually well-stocked and the staff well-informed. However, I feel they lack variety and affordable options when it comes to half ounces and ounces. – Alexander Boykins
The owners said they hated Police and banned us from returning since we had Blue Lives Matter shirts on. Definitely give your business to non-extremist stores unlike this one. Hopefully law enforcement lets them fend for themselves if they end up getting robbed. – Kai Kivins
I don’t usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves praise for the service they provide. I’ve been to many dispensaries where the experience feels disingenuous or forced like just another business transaction. I get it, it’s a business, but getting your medicine should be a stress free experience, like grocery shopping. You should feel like you’re wanted there. From the moment you walk through these doors, you’re welcomed with a smile, and the atmosphere is inviting. You won’t find the usual disengaged, zombified budtenders here. Instead, the staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. If you ever need recommendations, rest assured they’ll provide the best ones. I didn’t catch her name, but one of the staff members suggested I try a pumpkin spice disposable once. I’m usually not into pumpkin spice, but I gave it a shot and now, it’s one of my favorite flavors. What stood out wasn’t just the recommendation but how natural and unforced it felt. It wasn’t some upsell or pushy sales pitch, it was more like a casual, "Hey, have you tried this? I think you’d like it," the way a friend would suggest something they enjoy. If that’s not great service, I don’t know what is. As someone who lives with a condition that makes even simple daily tasks a struggle, having a place that takes even the smallest fraction of stress away is a blessing. And having kind, down to earth people to help? Even better. The staff here isn’t just polite they’re real, they’re genuine, and that makes all the difference. – Antonio campos sanchez
I’ve always loved this place, as the staff is wonderful. However, deals keep getting worse, and they’ve stopped price matching as well. Actually, with the new policy they’ll only price match five surrounding competitors. I’d recommend driving to Zips – Sodo. The prices are half what they are here, and even with the extra gas money it’s a lot less! – Trenten Palsa
