I've been coming here for years. With all the shops avaliable in the area this one takes the number one spot. This place has a very nice "Home" feeling. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE here is very easy to talk to and knowledgeable of all the product, beyond that The atmosphere in this establishment you cant teach, you cant buy. You just have to have that personality. I've consistently laid money on the table and asked them to pick as if they're shopping for themselves. Risky? Never been disappointed fam. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Some of the employees are thieves! A few months ago an employee charged me an extra $5..it was an online order! I complained and nothing. And now two days ago one of my two jars I bought had been tampered and is missing 3.5 grams. I went to the store complained again for compensation and they laughed. Of all the years of retail and customer service, I would never do that and I would do anything to get that customer trust. But not these guys! I have worked with rogue employees like that. I will be contacting the Washington state liquor and marijuana board. This store maybe needs an audit! Check the pictures. Notice the one with the scale? – Steve Stahlman
