I’m a weekly buyer at this store and have bought at many others stores. This store has the worst return policy out of all the stores I’ve been to. The vape I bought here stopped working after a week, and in my attempt to return it, I found out they have only a week return policy, you have to bring the packaging and the receipt. I had the product and the receipt but not the original packaging. I was given a 30% discount instead, which I’m happy they tried to do something. I’ve had to return one other product before at a different store and return policy was 2 weeks, clearly written on the receipt, and had no problem returning. I hope this store updates their policy to value returning customers. At this time I’ll be shopping at another store. I recommend lengthening the return policy to atleast 14 days, and verifying purchases with the account i have with the store. No point in making things difficult. – Kimberly H
Wowwy. Blessed be the fruit of this dispensary. The budtenders? Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly as hell, and somehow always make it feel like I’m in and out in five minutes with exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Ruben and Skylar are amazing!! I’ve recently started coming to this dispensary and the minute I walked in, it completely changed the game! The system is so quick. You walk in, give your order to someone, and immediately they have it at the front. I don’t wait longer than 5minutes. This particular experience, these two really should amazing hospitality. Ruben had amazing suggestions and Skylar was so sweet at the cash register. Highly recommend this dispensary if you’re in the area! – Maya Wortman
I’ve bought here a few times, people are friendly and prices are reasonable. They sold me some top shelf flower, but it super dry and not what I asked for originally. Feel taken advantage of. Came back and they didn’t want to make it right. – Jace
