On the first experience the shop worker misinformed me about a product when I called to correct it and ask for information. I got yelled at and treated pretty poorly. I left a bad review at this point. Shortly later I had another phone call with management explaining that their bag has one thing and their product says another. The Blackbird package is labeled as seven grams, but only contained three and a half. I was letting them know that this might be wrong in their metric system. This manager offered me product at this time and said I did not need to pay for it when I came in. This lines up to what the other guy had said, promising me everything in the shop if it made me happier though my intent was never to get free product, it was to let them know they have a computer error that could result in them receiving massive fines from the state. I'm then unable to return for a couple weeks. Life is busy and who can really spend that much money on cannabis In this economic state, though I returned today to follow up on what this was about, since It's between pay periods. So I figure why not give them a chance to follow through with their promises. What followed was an incredibly uncomfortable conversation that I consistently felt like I had approved that I wasn't lying or misleading the shop manager, different than the one I had prior talked with. Of my experiences with the staff, I have met 4 of them in total. Two of the four have made me feel quite uncomfortable in some way, either making me feel like i'm a liar, Actively yelling at me, or just being abrasive. Two stars, they "solved" this "problem" after 4 weeks and multiple visits and a decent amount of anxiety. – Phyrad
It’s not a reliable source of carts, and their “low prices” don’t include a 25% tax. Their $15 eighth is actually a dry $20. The people that work there are very nice, and this isn’t a sleight against them. Missoula is a flooded market, but they need to be more transparent with what they actually price. – Daniel Besaw
Being missoula they have generally more expensive flower that is much worse than say lionheart, they're next door neighbor. Expensive low quality flower and lacking in options I wouldn't shop here again. – Derek Marks
Put in an online order only for it to say it was being prepared and then they never got back to me. Not the first time it’s happened, but it certainly the last time I’m going to try. – Taylor
Best place in town. Best prices and in house made products. – Rachel Zeigler
