That response from the owner doesn’t sound like you care at all. Cut and paste much? Actually you sound like your manager. I guess you can afford to lose a customer or two. This WAS my favorite dispensary in CT. I started having issues with the vape cartridges clogging and be unable 2/3 of the way through. I stopped going here and tried Trulieve instead. Had good luck there. I went back to Fine Fettle when a friend told me about the new return policy for vapes. When I went in and the worker explained the new policy I was hopeful. Sure enough it clogged and when I went in far a return I was told because I used it they would give me a discount on a replacement. Not what I was told. The manager Max gave me the news and made me feel like a jerk for following the policy they set. Not going back ever. – Bill P
Been going here for awhile and just really wanted to shout out the team today. Last Valentines Day, they ran a special where if you spent $65, get a stackable 20% off coupon. I thought I did, but I missed it by 20 cents. Josh and the team though helped me out and honored the coupon and allowed me to stack it with the 30% off rhythm sale. I have been coming to this dispensary for about a year now and I have no complaints. The products are always fresh, everyone is always very friendly, and they offer a nice rewards system, as well as guidance to getting a medical card to help with cost. One employee stands out among the rest for me. Sean has gone above and beyond to help understand the process of getting a medical card. He answered my questions knowledgeably and professionally. Sean has also gone out of his way to help me outside of the work environment with some unrelated topics and issues. Sean has demonstrated a type of kindness and understanding that you don’t see too often these days and it is so refreshing and greatly appreciated . Fine Fettle is lucky to have someone like Sean on their team who displays a level of professionalism and care both inside and outside of work. I have nothing but respect and kind words for Sean and I sincerely hope he gets the recognition he deserves. That being said, all of the employees are always very kind and professional. I don’t have anything negative to say about this place. Connecticut taxes can get a little crazy but the people here are more than happy to help you with the medical card information. And, like previously stated, they have a rewards program and deals going on all the time. Between the options we have here in Bristol, I would say Fine Fettle wins the race. Give them a try, you’ll have a good time! Great staff, great product, reasonable hours, clean store. What more could you ask for? – Distant Star
