Great dispensary I am a regular here, have been for a year now. The only complaint I have for this place is the fact that no matter if you were in line 1st, they will always take medical card holders first. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been standing in the recreational line for 10 minutes and someone just walked in and is in the medical line. They will be taken care of first and I really do not like that. I think it’s poor customer service and that’s why I’m rating them three stars. Great prices as well – natalie reyes

I absolutely usually love coming to find fettle and am friendly with most of the staff on a first name basis. Within the past month of regularly coming The debit card machines have been Such a pain. The employees Struggle to keep up with lines because of the debit card machine machines constantly going in and out- And end up telling me most of the time that I’ll have to pull cash out from their ATM. I would hate to bring my business elsewhere, but it has just become too time-consuming and frequent! Please resolve the issue with your debit card machines – Sam Iac

I really love coming here as the staff are super friendly and know their stuff, the only issue i have and this seems kinda dumb but i buy their own product especially their pre rolls, idk about anyone else but their packaging can be super hard to open. the twist cap constantly gets stuck because of how they roll their pre rolls where weed comes out sometimes and causes the mechanism to twist correctly. quite irritating. bought three prerolls only one of the tubes opened without me having to pry it open with a screw driver. change it! haha – Ben

Unfortunately, tonight was be my last time visiting your location in stanford or any of your locations. I came in to return a defective product that cracked for some reason. I'm not sure if the heat or what was going on or malfunction. I'm not sure what happened, but it did crack. You can see on the side of the device where the fluid had leaked out. So of course, I am going to return it. And it's like I'm literally read the right act or treat it like I'm a little kid that I'm doing something wrong. Returning the item They didn't really want to return the item or refund my money.I was just given a really hard time.It wasn't great customer service I employ you as a company. Please give your managers a little bit more customer service training. The situation was not treated correctly. I'm a well not a long time customer. But I have been a loyal customer since I moved to connecticut.I participate in your points program. And I was just treated very rudely and not very friendly, like by your management staff, and I will be no longer returning to your establishments. And I have a sneaky suspicion, if I looked a different way, I would not have been treated the point the way I was very unfortunate situation. – Bigg Mills
