To my dismay, I learned today that pharmacists are no longer dedicated to one location but rather must cover three. I called and couldn’t immediately reach one. I was told I would have to make an appointment and wait for a call back. As usual, the pharmacists are knowledgeable, helpful and offer the great service I’ve come to expect from Fine Fettle. Such a bad experience. The woman at the counter didn't even seem like she wanted to be there. I asked in the front if I could use my card and they said yes when I got to the beginning of the line, it was a credit card and they said they don't take credit cards. I'm new to coming to dispensaries in Connecticut no clear signage on no credit cards. It was such a hassle being here! I will give this place. Another chance I just want the person to be a little bit more helpful. She didn't even care to explain why. Such bad service! – Jose Nieves
