I wanted to give Trish specifically a shout out for being so kind an empathetic when I was having a tough day. This place will find any reason not to refund you for a defective product. I bought a disposable vape for $80 plus tax and after two days it stopped working and became severely clogged. I brought back the vape to try to get an exchange because I remember seeing the sign for return returns. The young lady at the counter told me that I couldn’t return it without a receipt. I explained to her that it should be on the account and the product should match what was available she said she could not do it because she didn’t know if I got it from somewhere else and tried to return it here. I didn’t argue and just left, but I thought it was crazy that with all of the rewards and information that they had they would be able to look up my purchase history, but that was not the case very disappointed. – Tony Quach
