Love shopping at First Class Cannabis! The store is always clean, welcoming, and the mural inside is beautiful. I also love that the flower is grown on site because you can really tell the difference in the quality and freshness. My favorite strains have been Dante’s Inferno, Vita Sea, Blueberry Sugar, and Power #9. Also their resin vape carts are so flavorful especially the Grape Pie! Prima and the budtenders always give great recommendations and are genuinely helpful every time I visit. You can tell they truly care about the product and the customer experience. – Brittany Koziol

Absolutely rude. Purchased two vape disposables that totaled 70$ and was yelled at on the phone and told I could only get a store credit as they did not smoke and have concentrate clogging and coming out of the mouth pieces. Have the entire call recorded. Which also means I have the owner admitting to the fact he’s had complaints from others about the pens. Now I’m out my medicine and $70. – Jessica Wilson

I live out of the area and was visiting family and needed some bud in a pinch. Awesome product and reasonable pricing! Will definitely be back. – Sam Sawyer

Not happy … I've been smoking weed for 30 years you're better off going to the corner store I swear to God… There's no medical about these guys they're your nearest corner store.. they don't do medical you're a number and they're going to give you what they have left over. I'm very sick to my stomach – Karen Burke

I am a medical cannabis patient living with chronic health conditions and disability, so both accessibility and clear communication matter to me. I contacted this dispensary to ask about pricing and quantity information that was not listed on Weedmaps. I explained my budget because I am on a fixed disability income and was simply trying to determine what products were within my price range. Instead of receiving an answer, I was told they “don’t have time to do everybody’s homework” and was accused of trying to get a discount. Asking for clarification about product availability, quantities, and pricing is a reasonable question, especially when the information isn’t available online. This is a medical dispensary serving patients with chronic illnesses and disabilities, and customer service should reflect that. What was most disappointing is that I had been a repeat customer and genuinely liked many of their products. However, the dismissive and passive-aggressive responses I received made it clear that patient concerns were not being treated with the level of respect and professionalism I would expect from a medical establishment. I would strongly encourage management to reconsider how they communicate with patients, particularly those who rely on medical cannabis as part of managing serious health conditions. Decent products cannot make up for consistently poor treatment of the people you serve – Leocardia Viola
