A year ago I would have rated this business with five stars. The manager at the time, Mickey, made me feel seen, heard, and cared about. She listened to my needs and concerns and stocked products which met not only my needs but the needs of other medical cannabis patients in the area. A few months ago Mickey disappeared and the quality of the products in the store began to suffer. In the past couple of months the customer service has deteriorated to the point where I am disinclined to ever return. All of their vape and concentrate brands are produced using petrochemicals (hydrocarbon process is what they call it), the last few concentrates I purchased were all labeled "BIG OIL" (yes, in all caps, like it's something to be proud of instead of an environment-destroying nightmare). Worse, the customer service has gone from the best in the area to absolute SHIT. What entertains me about the situation most, however, is that business has dropped off by 80% in the last few months, at least by my observation. When I asked last time I was foolish enough to go into this store, when my favorite brand (Rove … absolutely marvellous and completely hydrocarbon-free product!) was going to be restocked, the budtender's response was to look awkward and ask me if I had considered checking the Brand's webpage for other distributors. I was also told that the owner of the Flor chain "likes to micromanage this store." In other words, the crappy customer service which has developed in the last few months is precisely what the owner wants, and the manager mentioned in the review previous to mine is treating people precisely as he has been told to. Ok so I normally come in here but today I bought 2 on sale 3.5g from coastal sun It looked small so I get home and weighed it and it's 2.4. I called and the manager with his sassy sweet self said and quote "well WE don't package it ourselves so if you thinks it's WE that shorted you you're mistaken". And honey before he could continue I hung up on his behind. Lol I'll never be pressed about money and I'll never return off principle. Too many choices so to everyone that watches my tiktoks I'm blasting this location simply because they knowingly are doing this. You can tell by the managers response. Never again. See photos with sealed container and 2.4g even though it clearly says on the bottle 3.5g 😂 I'm a see who owns Flor as well and send them.the recorded call from the manager. The overall experience was amazing I moved from Sacramento and was having a hard time finding a club with good prices and product I would highly recommend going the flor I been four times now and every time I get somthing worth while all taxes included and they are not trying to drain your wallet the staff is great just check it out – Payne Martin
They have a promotion of 5 pre roll for $20 and at the time of ordering it does not apply because it is Monday they should be more specific with advertising and offers since this is considered a deceiting advertisement. They have it in the showcase and at the time of ordering it they only indicate the lady that it is for Fridays so they should only use the label Friday not every day. Eva the cashier was amazing and absolutely the sweetest! Girl with the black short hair walking around with the iPad around 6:30pm was absolutely the rudest most unhelpful person I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. Extremely unhelpful, rude & had a condescending attitude after asking what she could help with. First time stopping by and will most definitely be the last. Such a shame such kind staff has to deal with someone like that on a daily basis. – Lakshmi G
