To Whom It May Concern, I live in the home next to your business and I’m reaching out because I’ve had ongoing issues that have not been addressed despite multiple attempts to resolve them directly. I have video footage showing your employees dumping trash and broken glass onto my lawn, as well as directing customers to urinate on my private property. This has happened more than once and has become a serious concern. I’ve called several times to report these incidents and asked to speak with a manager. Each time, I was told a lead manager would contact me during business hours, but I have not received any follow-up. At this point, I am asking that the owner contact me directly so we can address this and prevent it from continuing. I have saved all video evidence and will pursue formal complaints if this matter is not resolved. – Abigail Castaneda
