This is my second visit, and I came back because I was given a 40% off coupon for signing up for their reward program and downloading the app(Hi Wire), in the form of a coaster. I thought the marketing idea was novel and my first visit was spectacular, so I gave them another chance. The second time around, I was served by "Q Anthony" and it was a headache. I was told the total was '$25' and then I proceeded to ask, "is that with the 40% off discount?" He says, "No, you have to download the app in order to get that. I then proceed to inform him that I have downloaded it, and then I ASK HIM, "should I go and get my phone?" The short uncommunicative answer was 'no'. I walk back to my vehicle very confused, grab my phone and walk back inside for clarification. Why wasn't that information shared upon first mention of the rewards system? What is the point of having employees, if they cannot give basic explanations of how their rewards system(s) work? I bring my phone inside, show him the app, open it up to display all three viewing windows and he THEN proceeds to give me a refund for the difference. There was no apology, or "my bad" offered, which led to me writing this review. Great selection, Wonderfully tiered pricing, but this visit, was an all caps "NAH". How could this have been prevented? By offering a clear explanation of how the app/discounts work, and/or by telling your patients to bring their phone inside as proof of download. – Nona Moss
