I am a patient who shops at Fluent frequently. They have great deals and sales all the time. The products are mostly high quality. I went in today to pick up. I called in to ask a few questions beforehand & Erica recognized me by voice!! The staff there know very little about my physical ailments that make walking a challenge. By the awesome care & attention most of the staff give me, one would think I was on a list for special treatment. Almost all of the staff have a good sense of humor. I constantly misplace, lose, or leave my belongings behind. Erica went above & beyond today to return my wallet today when I left it. I definitely appreciate her!! – Patricia Rogers
Went to pick up a few things at this Clearwater location and found a knowledgeable very willing to help young women named Mindi. Well most Associates have knowledge of the product she seem to be more knowledgeable on the various terrapins and took the time and patience to help me identify a couple of products that might address my symptoms. First time visiting today and as soon as I walked in Diomi greeted me warmly and instantly began helping me. Since I am new he had to set up my profile and at that time Zavion showed me how to work the tablet to find the products I may want. Both men were very egar to answer any questions I had and made it a very pleasant experience. Diomi got my profile set up in record time and with the teamwork of Zavion I was out of there in no time.
