Got gifted a good day farm pod from here. Was a dud in my opinion felt clogged right out of the box. Had packaging, receipt, original device with concentrate still in chamber. Was told they could exchange it for me when I personally tried to exchange it. Found out it has to be the original purchaser to return it. No big deal I just gave everything back to him to return it. Now he's being told by the same people no refund suddenly the pod works. I never get carts because they suck. Decided to try this one because everybody speaks good about them and its just like the rest with no refund. Wasted money again. Won't come back. This is exactly why I order from the online sites for everything thc-a over dispos. Better quality. Better customer service. Better return policies. Better prices, no taxes and it comes right to my door. Won't come back. Plenty of other dispos in KC with better customer service that I have no need to shop here anymore if that's how its going to be. This pod is going right into the trash once he gives it back to me. $40 to lose a customer. Good job. – InsaneBeast94

Today was my first time in one of these stores. The security gaurd was friendly and encouraged me to ask my budtender questions. I was pleasantly surprised to see the glass and other merchandise. I spent upwards of fifteen minutes with a budtender who could not answer questions about a blazy susan grinder that i currently own and offered no solution or ideas. I attempted to buy a ten dollar gram deli style, which turned into a $21 bag i did not have enough money for. I told the budtender i roll my own weed and am not interested in a preroll because breaking it open to reroll is like smoking shake. They assured me it wasn't, even though yes, after weed has been ground up and sits exposed to air with all the surface area, yes, its stale. Wanting to leave and be offered no flower solution, i purchased two half gram cubano prerolls. I had to put out my joint and leave this review because the weed in the preroll is virtually unsmokable. I have bought ten dollar 1/8's that roll up and smoke better than that preroll. This store is in walking distance of me so i was hoping to move to this store but i will never return and discourage other people from going there. Shameful tourist trap, not a real local spot. – Yarrow Tomorrow
