Cody seemed very kind, He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely cool as hell. He also had one of those infectious smiles, the kind that’s so big you can’t help but smile back. It completely changed the mood of my day. After I paid , I realized that I didn't have any cash on me for a tip, so this review is me making sure credit goes where it’s due. I go to From The Earth pretty regularly and I can honestly say the staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and just genuinely nice to be around. They always make you feel welcome, not like you’re just another customer. I also had a great interaction with Illicit when I emailed them directly — they were quick to respond and super kind. Been using this location for several months. Great location for friendly, fast and knowledgeable employees. Shout out to Clay, he makes me smile (not always the easiest thing to do) I used to go to the one on State Line/435. Also a good store.
