Friendly people, nice atmosphere, ordering online ahead of pick up makes it all super easy and quick, they have little kiosks to prep your order while you wait, never have any issues. Parking lost is a little shotty when its busy but I dont go when they are packed. Overall still a nice place to go! – B. Richards

After years of supporting, and thousands of dollars spent, I will never return!!! I placed an order online as I usually do, however, when I showed up to pick up my order this time, I brought my 14 year-old son with me and attempted to leave him in the waiting lobby with an employee however was told he was unwelcome. Therefore, I let them know. I will no longer do business at their facility if my son is not welcome to wait in the waiting room then they will not receive a penny of my hard earned money. I used the app to order and it was fast and easy to pick up my order. The prices are way to high (no pun intended) but that's not their fault. It's Ohio taxes. If the state would learn to budget within their income, like we all have to, then maybe they wouldn't need to crack our heads with taxes. Dewine has got to go! – Randy Culler
