These folks are very friendly but are sometimes put in a position where they have to be aware of and maintain a Byzantine set of rules and protocols, which people accompanying regular customers who cannot be allowed in the building don’t always understand. I’m kind of old, but if I went back to work I would be proud to work alongside this staff. The prices are better than others, and during times when the prices are higher, they try to always have something affordable available. We also found it amusing that a nearby tavern and I shared a nick name. – Donx

This used to be my go to dispensary. That all changed around December 24/January 25. I believe new management or corporate ownership changed. Ever since then, there is a lack of communication between management and staff. No one ever can give me an answer as to why things have changed and I feel bad for the workers there. As a medical patient, there is absolutely ZERO incentive to buy from there. Their sales and discounts suck! It used to be 30% off of all flower 2 times a week. Now there are barely any sales and when they have them it is for lesser quality products. I went there this morning out of desperation and while the website took curbside orders , the place was actually closed because upper management did not change their website banner! Wasted my time today.! Do not visit this dispensary unless you have to! Their staff is awesome, their prices suck, their sales suck, and the corporate management is awful and does not respond to emails when I sent them feedback. I will leave a bad review for this dispensary daily until they fix their practices. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL! I’ve been purchasing from there since 2019, not anymore! – Jason Farkas

Beware! What this place is selling you! Look before you buy! What they are posting and what they are giving you are two different things! Google THC you will be surprised to see what Wikipedia has to say about a study on dispensers that the public library of science did and discovered that products are miss labeled! – Gary Graham

It's Thursday, June 19th, at 8:30 p.m. I placed an order through your website and drove all the way from LaGrange, only to find this place closed. There was also no way for me to cancel my online order. You should do a better job of informing customers when you're closing early or for any other reason. I recommend anyone considering purchasing products from this location to instead consider traveling to Michigan. Ohio's recreational marijuana program, or whatever you want to call it, is a joke; the prices are way too high, and visiting the dispensary is like visiting a prison or a jail. – Tim Webb

First there was no wait time. We received some assistance from one of the employees which was very helpful. The prices were great. I haven't tried them yet but I'm sure it will be sweet. I will be back. – Bud
