I buy a lot of rosin carts and do not always get the chance to smoke them right away. Purchased one of the Rivrs rosin carts and had it burn out over the weekend at 60-70 percent full. Because it was past 48 hours they would not replace, I do not live anywhere close to the dispensary and had no way to get down here. Not even a discount on a different product was offered.. best hope that the product shits out in the allotted timeframe or you’re screwed. – Tommy Hooper
Gardens hands-down has the best prices and specials and rewards! I love all of the staff. They are friendly, kind, warm and professional. Seriously can’t rave more about this place. I was very loyal, but I’m unsure now. Please watch out because I I was recently told that all the points that I had put money into and accumulated were gone and erased because of a new switch. That it’s just “at zero now”and it is what it is. It’s very frustrating and upsetting that I joined the rewards program and cannot reap the benefits of such. One worker even told me that the don’t know how to really use the app or what is going on in the app. Update: 3/18/2026; Recently attempted to use points I had obtained and I was told they were 0…I went two weeks ago and it was “80” I spent money and did not use points… how is it that my points are zero?! I am beginning to believe this place allows other people to use others’ points and then just says you don’t have them because I can’t understand how issues last for over a year… I’ve also logged in many times to what I thought was my account( using my birthday and phone number) but it had COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PERSONAL INFO ON SOMEONE ELSE! I’m not sure how this happens as I’ve never dealt with this at any other dispensary. I can’t remain loyal to a place like this. – Tatyana Sanchez
