The apache location is way better it's just to far. There's been 1 time I've came to the location and didn't have to wait 15-20 mins even when there is only 1-2 other patients. As well as I always do online. I was under the impression especially from how aj is that they are two completely separate things. Yet they constantly have walk ups at the online. The staff is okay depending on who you get. I really think they still need to work out a lot of things. I understand it's a new location but it's not a new business and that to me is where I say 2/5. I'll still continue to go as it's way closer, but I dont go in without expecting to wait at least 15-20 mins. Unfortunate that it's pretty decent company that just can't quite figure it out it seems I am editing this review and changing it to a 1 star for the reason being. I walked in for online with no one in line. I was getting cash as a walk in came in. Alison said she could take her anyways even though I told her I had an online. There was no other person doing online besides her. They probably won't care but this is my last time going to this location it's almost a guarantee that it will be a bad experience for some reason and it honestly always throws the vibe off. Herbal wellness and ponderosa are way better and almost the equivalent for prices but honestly the quality is definitely way better. Only thing I really liked about nirvana was they have doctor zodial but womp womp – Todd Gallucci

Veronica is seriously the best! From the moment I walked in, she made the whole experience feel welcoming, easy, and personalized. She’s super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you need instead of just rushing you through. Her energy is amazing friendly, professional, and so down to earth. You can tell she loves what she does, and it makes such a difference. Customer service like hers is rare these days. Every time I come in and Veronica helps me, I leave happy and feeling taken care of. Nirvana is lucky to have her! I was super excited after leaving here. The wait time wasn't too bad. There's lots of information on the many TVs that cycle through product. The person at the desk was helpful and was open to providing suggestions and ensuring we took advantage of any deals. I was excited with how much I spent and what I left with. However, out of the 4 pre rolls I received (some were first time shopper freebies) ALL of them were rolled too tight. They were unsmokeable as a pre roll. Qtherwise quality was good and lots a varieties to choose from. – Adrianne Reynolds

My go to place. The deals are always great. Love it here 🥰🥰 they really should do the nirvana bags rewards, if a customer brings their bags back, it should goes to rewards points. Maybe the plain bags because the new bags they have today are soooo dope!!!! – Sam Wash
