Wow. Throughly impressed with the customer service here. I wish that I got my sales associates name because they were so helpful with their honest reviews of the products that I was looking for. Terrible. Never shop here. They incentive people to leave 5 star reviews, don’t trust it. Prices are higher than most other places and customer service is by far the worst, even for aurora. If you like overpaying and waiting while staff ignores you, shop here!! – James Andrews
This store, while inexpensive compared to others has high turnover and employees who aren't trained on what they're selling. Can cause problems when you get what you DIDN'T want and the manager instead of offering any sort of customer satisfaction, just says "oh well, she doesn't work here anymore.
