*deep sigh* this team _offered_ to go above and beyond to make things right when they sold me an inferior product. they failed to follow through on the store credit until I demanded a cash refund after an additional purchase. No more chances. Far as I'm concerned this is a fake business masquerading as a legitimate one. If it's legitimate, their partners and providers are not. Ask them to prove otherwise – I've deleted my last two reviews in believing they had addressed my concerns. Let me be clear: my concerns have never been met, and I've been lied to about how they'd make up the difference. Trust the other dispensaries. Do not trust this shop to give you your money's worth, EVER. They have an AMAZING TEAM of budtenders, but their product consistently will leave you BEGGING for more. – Nicholas Breslin
Omari the district manager off of iliff & Buckley is absolutely awesome. He is wonderful and easy to get along with. He is Great with customers can't wait to be back and hopefully he's the one that serves me my weed again. Give him a raise!! – boone flanagan
I never returned after I was demanded to remove my hood to show my hair while my husband was not requested to do the same with his. It was a really weird experience. I declined to make a purchase after that. Husband grabbed some prerolls. Afterwards, the same rude security guard from earlier came out while we were waiting for our Uber home (our car was just dropped off for work at the mechanic next door) and was a complete jerk, calling us loiterers after we were paying customers. He told us we had to go wait in a different spot further away from the building which complicated pickup. All because of one power tripping security guard. – Arielle S
