First time in a Good Day Farm, just moved to Springfield. Person at reception was welcoming and funny and even working on his birthday!! 😁 Inside, the sales floor was clean, organized and easy to browse. My bud tender Chris H. Klinton consistently shows up with a bright smile, warm energy, and intentional customer service. One thing that stood out is how he remembered my name, truly above and beyond customer service. I wish this review could bring him more than a $5 tip because he deserves that and so much more. When I’ve had many awkward and strange experiences at dispensaries in town, Klinton reminds me that there are folks in this industry that deeply care about how they engage and interact with customers.
