Security meets you at the door and are always professional, have your ID ready. Upon entering, you can get in line to shop or head right to the cashier, if you preordered. Getting a response by phone for questions is not likely because the phone goes straight to vm however any questions are answered easily by staff in the store. Sometimes it’s cash only but there is an atm on site ($3 charge). Not the place to shop for perks but they have deals.
