I went to Green Genie about two months ago. I needed to use the bathroom. They told me the bathroom was around back. In the alley. Imagine my surprise when I went outside and saw that it's an outhouse in the alley that customers are supposed to use to relieve their selves. Can you believe this mess???? An outhouse in the alley. So my normal spot has been closed for renovations for a while now so I started going here and let me say I have not been disappointed. Today I got a curb side pickup not knowing they only had two girls working. Even with the craziness and everything else they had going on I was still greeted with a smile and a great attitude! Whoever the young lady was that brought my order out was absolutely amazing! I'd keep coming just because of her! – Stephanie Styes
man this place rocks :/ idk if i just always go at the perfect time but i’ve never waited more than like 2 minutes to go back with a budtender and a lot of the time one is already ready!!! i’ve been helped by several different women there before and they’re all rly funny and welcoming and knowledgeable which is cool bc i tend not to know shit haha. it’s just very quick and convenient and more genuine/friendly feeling than a lot of dispos i’ve been to!! ik not everyone cares about that but it makes a big difference to me bc i have enough anxiety going there as is 😠– Lucan Bauer
Love this place love the employees. The dark skin security guard is the best so funny. Always look forward to saying hi and Shayla is the BEST! However the old white security guard needs to find a new job. He is mean rude and makes damn near everyone uncomfortable. – Cheyanne Laslo
This is by far the worst dispensary I have ever been to. Staff was not knowledgeable about the product and gave me the wrong item at checkout. When I went back to fix the problem, I had to wait in another line just to get the problem that they themselves created to get fixed. No apology, no discount, barely any acknowledgment that they had screwed up. I would not recommend this dispensary as there are plenty of better establishments nearby. – Ian Payson
