Fast, friendly & reasonable prices compared to some other dispensaries in the area. Occassionally I've ended up with dry products, though always tasty & effective! Online ordering- I strongly suggest you call the shop a short time after ordering (during shop hours) to be SURE they received your order from the, "Jane" portal that is 3rd party. I had to order twice one day after waiting for about 30 minutes past the time it was due for it to be filled. So, waited twice. The interior appeared to be clean & organized. Just not much additional merchandise on the shelves. I will continue to be a customer though! – Tamara Sims

I found the review and guidance by the pharmacist extremely helpful, making recommendations for my specific type of pain and avoiding the “high” effect. This was very reassuring. The entire staff at Bloomington is wonderful! Patient, helpful, professional. The environment is bright and pleasant, plenty of available seating, clean, and nicely laid out with product displays. – Mary Kellogg

I've only been to this place once and maybe it was bad timing, but the vibe of this place was like going to the DMV. The ambiance was drab and dour and the employees were not friendly and seemed annoyed to be there. Even the customers seemed disgruntled. I have a new medical card for autism and there was no greeting or direction or explanation of how anything works so I just felt confused and out of my element. I had been to RISE in Eagan before this and the experience was miles better: better and more welcoming vibe, better layout and aesthetics, better process, friendlier employees, better products, better prices, more products, customers seemed in better spirits, shorter wait, no need to pick a time slot for pick up, etc. – Mathew Bauler

EXCELLENT! I was very impressed how things operate. I have been there a few times, the flower is very good, you know what you get before you get it. Sadly on 1 ocasion one pouch of flower was old and very hard and dry losing some of the quality but sure beats some of the crap I have had prior to coming here. – Todd Mcguire
