First time customer and experience: I was a walk-in (no appointment). Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and approachable. Customer service was great, Emma answered all my newbie questions to help ensure I’d have the best results with my purchases. Green Goods has a vast product offering that seems reasonably priced. I honestly don’t understand how this place stays in business—the prices are outrageous compared to other options like Rise. On top of that, the communication is terrible. I got a confirmation text when I placed my order, but never received any notification when it was actually ready for pickup. Instead, I got a call hours later saying my order would be canceled because I hadn’t picked it up. How was I supposed to know it was ready if no one told me? Super frustrating experience overall. Service is fine, just takes at least 20 minutes every single time. Shouldn’t have 15 minute pickup windows when they are never ready by than. It happens literally every time I come here. – SeanFly23

Customer service was great. My issue is with the freshness of the product. Smelled like cigarettes when I opened the sealed bottle. Haven't heard back from them yet. Plan to return product for a fresh bottle. – Patricia Leaf
