I’ve been coming here as a med patient for 3 years now. Customer service has always been horrible here. I just called today just to get some clarification on their flower and i thought I was talking to my phone without a call being connected. Just quietness, a pause and then an answer as I was even stupid for asking. The staff at Rise are much more professional and friendly at the same time while still delivering great customer service, not like I’m calling and bothering someone on their day off!! This place sucks and I only come here because it’s literally 3 minutes from home. Today reminded me why I hate this place and why Rise Dispensary remains a better choice. Always a complete turn off when dealing with this business. 👎👎👎👎 Update: The call that I placed to Green Goods that day was regarding the Simple ground flower. I asked if there were any stems in it that I would have to pick out myself or is it just straight flower. After that awkward silent pause, she responded with “just flower” and I asked for confirmation again and I asked so I’m good to roll and go and not worry about picking stems out, and she replied “nope there’s only flower in there” with a snarky tone. Well after I opened the jar, guess what….. stems! What makes me mad about this is the fact that I was told one thing that was not true. You guys need to have better product knowledge when answering questions in the phone or at least be honest and say I don’t know but I will find out for you. – Abel Urizar
I've been going here medically for a couple of years. They're nice people. Good customer service. Knowledgeable staff. As far as the company. Prices are kind of high. Higher than most everyone else's. The product on sale, is the throw away buds and product that will expire in a month. Just hard little boogers rolling around. They need more and better deals. Well, it was fantastic at first, out of the blue, despite my always positive attitude and kindness, generous tips, to all staff, one day I noticed they had been kinda quiet, not the normal "happy to see me, " That I'm used to. after that, it just kept getting worse. To the point I stopped coming back. And I will forever stay away because of it. Even though this will be posted anon, I know in my heart the workers will know who this post is from and that's the sad thing. I apologize to the people that were still kind. Every time I'd walk in, (I've sent friends in before me to observe just to see if I was crazy for thinking that) and as soon as I stepped foot in view, 3 workers would look up, someone's one just walked away, and sometimes they all went in back, and didn't come back out for the time I was there, they would also already have my order on the counter, it got uncomfortable as hell for me. Because not only would they all scatter, but the last time I was in, not even the person that checks IDs said anything to me. It went radio silent. And I was rushed out it felt. I know nobody's gonna give a shit about how they treat 1 of 1000s of customers so I'm essentially making this for nothing. But maybe something will change. Never strange, always polite and tipped way to generously. I honestly regret to say that I wish I didn't tip that much now, but if this reaches anyone who actually cares to hear me, reach out. Medical patients are suffering due to recreational users using up the stuff that helped. I'm looking for RSO ANYWHERE. The ONE THING that helped is ALWAYS out of stock since Rec opened. Medical patients got shoved to the side. PROFIT seems to be what you care about most now. Its sad. I've also received vapes that stopped working while still half full. The SIMPLE $110.00 vapes are always doing this to me. I JUST picked this up yesterday. I just opened the package. HALF OF THE VAPE IS EMPTY DUE TO THIS MASSIVE BUBBLE. – Sharon Flor
Only game in town so far. Last time I went unknown to me, I had to make 2 separate transactions to get the discounts I shopped for. That created a lot of embarrassment and I felt threatened. The Manager came out and cleared thing up. She seemed objective and knowledgeable. And the staff learned. Why can't some have more patience? They get violent when you ask a question by having a large man hover over you. Very soft coercion. As soon as other dispensaries come online I will be leaving this source. Maybe I'll just quit.
