I always receive great customer service at the Moorhead location. The staff is friendly and helpful every time I visit. The selection does change weekly—some weeks there are plenty of adult-use options, while other weeks there’s very little to choose from. I’m still giving 5 stars because this place has so much potential. With a more consistent and expanded inventory, this would easily be the best spots in the area. – Adam
Usually great. I’ve noticed since they opened the rec side, the medical products seem to be low/out of stock. The in-house staff is great, wait times are lower from when you order to pickup. The new Moorhead location looks great. It could use signage, because it looks like an abandoned bank. And it’s been a week, please get your phones working there and car side set up. I usually do curbside due to my disability. I know it’s not a legal requirement to offer, but it helps me and people like me out so much. Instead I had to go inside, since no one was picking up the broken phone, and ended up tripping and falling. The staff were really great, I’m poor with names but I think it was Roan who helped me out. They were super helpful after I fell. He went above and beyond and made me feel less embarrassed about the whole thing. If that’s not his name, I’m sure you can easily find who that staff was, but they were excellent! – Zem
This is the only dispensary I've ever been to where the budtenders are basically cashiers and nothing else. There is an overwhelming atmosphere of "hurry up and get what you need and get out!" going on here. I'd hate to be someone who has questions because nobody here has the time to walk you through the inventory to ensure you're making good purchasing decisions. That inventory I just mentioned also isn't very robust either, and that's especially true on the adult use side of things. – Sawyer Falters
Corporate needs to get a grip as of 2026. What are you even growing at the Vireo level, let alone GG/&Shine. Prices sometimes half in Baxter. Simply doesn't make sense why Rhythm is marked up here. Saddening for MN if this is how things are going to be. – Midwest Wanderer 87
This was my first time going in there the staff outstanding I have never placed an order. They helped me order the best products for what I needed and the price was incredible for what I got. I highly recommend this place to anyone. – THOMAS HANSEN
