Green Goods

Hopped on my second account to leave this review. Not here to hate, but I’m a very frustrated with how Green Goods allows their customers to abuse the pre-order system. On the website, customers are required to acknowledge that they are not supposed to enter the store for their pick up until they receive a confirmation text. Obviously, this allows for the bud tenders to pre-pack orders and keep that line of the business moving efficiently. Yet, it’s common practice for people to ignore this acknowledgement and enter both the store and the “pre-order” line almost immediately after placing an order, simply because the customers doesn’t want to follow the rules and wait in the “walk-in” line. The other night, I waited almost 20 minutes prior to close before I was told to just leave. I would’ve easily been seen by an attendant, but I saw literally 4+ customers come in and use this “loop-hole” to skip ahead of me and the people who are actually following the rules. I also imagine this must be annoying for the bud-tenders who call for, “the next pre-order” and then they immediately have to pack the bag like a regular walk in order. It’s disrespectful to the customers who respect each other and the bud tenders and literally defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. Love this for their staff, but this needs to be addressed – Burner Account

if i could leave 10 stars i would! ZAV is my new favorite cashier! the patience this girl has and her energy & charisma is refreshing. I was having issues with my card and she held my products for me until i figured out the situation, even having to leave the store and come back. It's always nice to have great customer service, especially in a dispensary. Keep up the great work, and i'll be back to see ZAV soon. She needs a raise ASAP – Kashia Joaquin

Big shoutout to Victoria! Everytime she is my bud tender, she is extremely friendly, informative and a very bright spirit! Everyone is usually great at this location, but SHE is definitely someone you should want to deal with during your transactions!!!! – Jayleel Harriet

Products & prices are OK. I usually have to wait in line 20-30 mins so that’s a bummer. A few times the product I’ve gotten is pretty dry like I’ll grind it up and it’s powder….so they could improve a bit but are like mid compared to other dispos in the area – Maria Colaluca

I had an awesome experience at Green Goods in Frederick. AJ and Rane helped me out, and they were both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer questions, make solid recommendations, and made the whole visit easy and comfortable. Honestly, I’d come back because of them alone.
