Green Lady Marijuana Westside Olympia Dispensary

Absolutely worst experience ever! And the only store I’ve had bad experience as far as a marijuana shop. Went there around Christmas time last year they had a special on vape cartridges for 15 dollars each. A couple days when I tried to return 1 due to being defected I was informed I couldn’t not exchange the cartridge staff reasoning was because they no longer had disconnected cartridge (they did have the same cartridge not at the sale price) instead he offered me my original 15 dollars back and the cartridge where now priced at 30 dollars without honoring the original sale price. Despite this bad experience I gave this store another chance. On 03/31/2026 I attempted to take advantage of the last Tuesday of the month 40 percent off online orders sale . I placed an order and when I went to the store to pick up the order, they claimed they had no record of my order even upon me showing the confirmation of the order being completed. When I attempted to place a new order in store the site wouldn’t let me due to it being 15 minutes till closing.Staff named Zachary stated he couldn’t honor the discount despite be showing him proof of placing my order. A little disappointed, I politely ask for the store Manager name which he claimed to be himself . I quietly made my way toward the exit when before leaving I asked the door lady who the manager was , she replied this was her second day and she didn’t know. A staff at the register briefly heard the conversation and ask what I need help with , I told them I was just trying to get the name of the store manager. Before they could answer, Zachary came from around the corner and told me in a unprofessional tone to get the hell out of the store, All you do is come in her causing problems. We have a notes about you being disrespectful towards our staff he further stated (none of which is true). I informed Zachary I was just requesting the name of the manager. He stated he already told he was the manager and I needed to leave and claimed the manager apparently already know of me due to the trouble I cause. I exited the store and have yet to return . And never will due to extremely poor customer service. although this is specific to this location, i should mention I’ve had pretty good service at all the other locations. Due to the impact of the West Olympia location I prefer to drive over 20 miles to Tacoma and take my business to Clear Choice or Zips both offer excellent customer service experience as well as good quality with lowest price . – Clifford Thomas

This place is absolutely wonderful. Their customer service is top notch and I feel welcomed when I go in! Edith is my favorite bud tender. Always have a good time coming here but I wanted to leave a review for the "Sipsy" smoke and mirrors drink. It says it has mango-habanero in it and people bren wondering if its really hot and spicy ? But I want to let everyone know its only mildly peppery tasting and its actually delicious just like the other ones. Its not too spicy at all. And I loved it. I'm going to go back for more because they are on sale now. – Laura Little

This is my first time coming here. . I typically shop at a different store but this one is closer. Everyone was super nice and friendly. . The hours are great . The only thing is the atm fee is fairly high . The only other thing is that I can’t really see the products to know what I want . I had looked online beforehand and luckily had something in mind but if I hadn’t , I wouldn’t be able to read the packages and products what’s behind the counter . I’m used to seeing everything close up behind glass so you can get a good look at it. . It’s not an issue but it was something I noticed that’s different from what I’m used to . Just get the cash beforehand to avoid the 4$ fee and choose what you want or get an idea ahead of time. .overall it was a pretty good experience – Katelyn lajune
