The products are fine. It’s the customer service that lacks. I’m not sure of her name, but she always has a purple lip and looks high as can be. Maybe that’s why she can never check you out properly the first incident she forgot to give me my 5% discount and couldn’t figure out how to do it after the transaction had been completed so she expected me to leave without my discount. Then it happened a second time I got 10% off my weed, but it didn’t take the 5% discount off again she had to call her boss to figure out how to do it and as we were discussing it now neither of them could understand that the discount wasn’t there And then she said well I have a customer that walked in. She just expected me to leave again without my discount, the third time was a lighter situation. I brought one of their crappy lighters. It stopped working, so I went in to see if I could exchange it for a different one. She was so confused. She expected me to leave without fixing the problem. Maybe she should stop smoking on the job so she could check people out properly! – mandy page
