Worst dispensary ever do not recommend. Sent my son in for me because I did not have drivers license on me and he went in and told them what I wanted 10 for $20 glorious pre rolls the bud tender said they did not have that they are 2 for $20 and pointed him in another direction so thinking nothing of it got what they directed him to. When calling the store the bud tender then said I didn't think you were talking about the 2 for $20 and gave the phone to a manager to fix on 1/9/26 right before close the manager then said that she would not fix nor make it right and refused to help the customer even with knowing that he asked for the 10 for $20 so instead of him getting 20 pre rolls for $40 he received 4 that's a big difference the bag had there staple receipt and untouched glorious but she was very rude. This is not a dispensary anyone would want to go to if they will take advantage of I situation of someone not being knowledgeable or a new customer they are robbing customers – Robin
It's very telling, when the budtender Kat, go's from being okay, to giving u a math lesson, pompus thoughtlessy saying verbatum I can't deal with them, that she was right Instead of trying to do anything, she washed her hands of us. Switches off w/manger who was 99.48% better, kat should aspire to be a little more than a quarter to half of what her manager was. Hannah, the manager is and has been the best. Since I stepped foot in your shop. Hands down.. aspire to be more like your teachers, you'd get somewhere.. Big shout out and major props to manager Hannah ur awesome… – Night Pixy
